Our bodies are built to rid themselves of stress naturally. In modern society we forget how this works. TRE teaches us how to turn our natural healing back on safely, comfortably and with ease.
Topics covered: compassion fatigue- caring for others as parents, teachers, and others, stress triggering addictive behaviors such as eating, substances, shopping, ect.
